Dr. Constance received her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She did her residency training at the University of Kansas in Wichita, KS, and served as Chief Resident. She then completed her Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas in Houston, Texas and served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Constance is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Constance is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita and serves as Associate Program Director for the KU-Wichita Internal Medicine Residency Program. She has contributed to several professional publications and is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of North America.
